Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your Focs Connect account and the personal data associated with it.

Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Focs Connect app:

  1. Open the app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile by tapping the profile icon in the top right.
  3. Tap "Delete Account" near the bottom of the profile screen.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are removed immediately.
This cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account and its data cannot be recovered.

Delete by request

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by email. Send a message from your registered email address to:

info@focsmaldives.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile (name, email, phone number)
  • Linked service accounts and addresses
  • Your marketplace listings and saved items
  • Uploaded receipts and support messages tied to your account
  • Push notification tokens for your devices

What may be retained

Some records are kept for a limited time where required by law or to prevent fraud:

After the required period, these records are securely deleted.
